Negishi Urban Sushi, an innovative food concept by the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was founded in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The venue at Pelikanplatz impresses with its unique design, offering the option to dine in or select sushi boxes from a large display to take away. Negishi features a boulevard area and has over 50 seats.

To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking for a motivated

Sushi Chef (m/f) 100%

Your diverse tasks:

• You independently prepare delicious dishes for lunch and dinner service – especially our exquisite sushi creations! 🍣

• You make the sushi dishes on the menu with passion and great attention to detail ❤️‍🔥

• Freshness and quality are paramount to you – you ensure everything is in top condition! 🥰

• General cleaning tasks? No problem, you maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen 😅

• Hygiene is a given for you – you adhere to the HACCP hygiene concept and ensure everything is perfect 📝✨

Your talents & experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in sushi preparation – a sushi training would be great! 🎓

• You speak good German or English and can communicate easily with the team and guests 🧑‍🎓

• Your working style is clean, efficient and precise – you pay great attention to detail ✅

• You are motivated to develop further 🚀

• Your good sense for the quality of ingredients ensures everything stays fresh and tasty 🥰
