To further expand our real estate portal, we want to strengthen our collaboration with real estate agencies and property management companies in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and build new partnerships.
And this is exactly where you come in.
What you will do
In this role, you will actively drive the further expansion of our real estate portal. You will acquire new real estate agencies and property management companies as partners for comparis.ch, further develop existing customer relationships, and successfully position our solutions in the market.
You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle – from the first contact to contract conclusion and the long-term development of partnerships.
Your tasks
You actively acquire new real estate agencies and property management companies for our real estate portal.
You build your own sales pipeline and develop it into long-term partnerships.
You support customers throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland – often SMEs from the real estate sector.
You convincingly present our solutions, digitally or directly on site.
You manage the entire sales process – from new customer acquisition to upselling existing partnerships.
You recognize market potentials and identify new business opportunities in the real estate market.
You work closely with our product, marketing, and commercial teams to continuously develop our offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
What we expect from you
Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a digital environment, on platforms, or in the real estate market.
You enjoy active new customer acquisition and like to build long-term customer relationships.
You feel comfortable in direct customer contact and convince with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience dealing with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is a plus.
You work independently, structured, and goal-oriented and take responsibility for your pipeline and your results.
Very good German skills; Swiss German is an advantage.
Good English skills for internal collaboration; French or Italian are a plus.
Nice to have
Experience in the real estate market or in collaboration with real estate agencies and property management companies.
Experience in sales of digital platforms, marketplaces, or online services.
Knowledge of the Swiss real estate market.
