About the job
For the duration of a deputy position, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a creative and independent personality to manage and further develop our social media channels. Do you have a knack for good stories, enjoy approaching people, and can implement ideas independently? Are you interested in social and health topics and want to inspire people with your content for careers in healthcare? Then this position might suit you.Your Tasks
- Together with our social media manager, you plan, create, and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Development and implementation of creative content ideas for our social media channels
- Production of photo and video content in the elderly centres and with Spitex
- Photographing and filming at events of Age and Care
- Creation of content for employer branding and recruitment of new employees
Your Profile
- Education and/or training as well as experience in social media and content creation
- Creativity, initiative, and the ability to independently implement ideas from conception to publication
- You recognise exciting topics, actively approach people, and develop creative content for social media from them
- Experience in creating photo and video content as well as good skills in photographing and filming with camera and smartphone
- Experience with common editing and processing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
