CBRE Global Workplace Solutions provides integrated facility management services on all continents. In Switzerland, too, the GWS division provides technical, infrastructural and commercial facility management services for customers from all industries.

To expand our Sales Department, located in Geneva, we are looking for an

Sales Coordinator 100%

Your main responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to manage tenders from initiation to closing in the Romandie region
  • Provide administrative support to the business management and contract support team
  • Internal administration activities in close relation with mandates and submissions
  • Phoning customers and subcontractors to request quotes
  • Conduct customer research and due diligence
  • Attendance at tender site visits, client meetings and preparation of presentations where necessary
  • Proactively stay up to date with CBRE, industry knowledge and innovations, allowing this knowledge to filter in to bid responses
  • Dealing with frequent queries from site based CBRE staff and clients
 
Your profile:
  • Several years of work experience in a similar position, ideally experience in Facility Management OR several years of experience in Facility management and willing to develop his/her sales skills
  • Driven by targets and comfortable in a high-performance sales environment
  • Detail conscious and methodical in approach
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize demands and make decisions under pressure
  • Autonomous: able to work on your own as well as in a team, flexible to work outside core office hours from time to time
  • You are comfortable with numbers and good mastery of excel
  • Fluency in French and English is a must have to be successful in this position
