Your responsibility

• Analysing and optimising operational business processes with the aim of efficient cost reduction
• Implement relevant targets and KPIs for control and discussion with staff and management
• Guarantee proper development of projects till their completion (SAT), according to order confirmation
• Ensure procurement efficiency, supply chain, commodity management and logistics activities with relevant departments
• Find solutions and make decisions in case of operational deviations or general difficulties
• Participate and actively contribute to executive meetings as a valuable sparring partner
• Leading, motivating, coaching employees

Your profile

• Completed technical training with a university degree, e.g., in mechanical engineering
• High level of technical understanding and interest in the development of high-tech systems
• Further education in business administration
• Very good practical experience in process-/project management
• Good knowledge of international logistics and supply chains
• Strong, solution-oriented and committed personality with high leadership skills and hands-on mentality
• Ability to implement change with passion and spirit and to exemplify the company values
• Fluent in French and English, German very welcome
