Clerk Deployment Training/Tactics 80 - 100%

Tasks

• Independent planning, organization, and execution of training and further education for corps members as well as part-time deployment trainers in the specialist areas of shooting, personal safety, tactical behavior, and order service
• Development of training concepts and creation of the corresponding instructional materials
• Independent planning and leadership of security police deployment training at the Zurich Police School (ZHPS)
• Leading deployments in security police situations as a full-time order service cadre member

Profile

• Swiss citizenship
• Federal specialist certificate as a police officer or certificate as well as several years of frontline experience as a police officer
• Required SPI certificates in the specialist areas of tactical behavior and other areas such as personal safety or shooting
• Willingness to perform order service deployments and necessary experience for this
• Team-oriented, communicative personality with a high capacity for reflection
• Strong commitment and continuous desire for professional development
• Impeccable reputation
