WHAT YOU WILL DO The Whatever/Whenever team is responsible for answering hotel incoming phone calls as well as handling guest requests and complaints that are directed to their department, whatever they may be, whenever they are received. The W/W team is also responsible for helping to drive the Whatever Whenever service philosophy throughout the hotel. As a Whatever/Whenever Agent you are responsible for ensuring a warm, welcoming and witty experience to all guests making sure all requests are approached in order to offer Wow moments. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR You are passionate about the W brand and are eager to be part of our team. You have experience in Concierge/ Guest Service department in a high end, lifestyle kind of environment. You have a natural affinity to styling trends.
