Construction Foreman (Building Construction)

Here is what you will do
- All master builder tasks in the field of building construction (new construction, conversion, and renovation): constructing brick and natural stone masonry, performing concrete and formwork work, installing steel bars, applying insulation and plastering, assembling prefabricated elements, excavating trenches, laying pipes and cables, demolition work as well as listed buildings.
- Site preparation, management, and supervision
- Supervising and leading site personnel
- Material orders, economical planning of material, machines, and equipment usage
- Supporting the training of our apprentices
These are your skills and strengths
- A completed apprenticeship as a bricklayer or mason EFZ
- Further training as a construction foreman in building construction or on the way to it and/or proven professional experience in this field
- Organizational skills, independence, and enjoyment in leading employees
- A responsible, team-oriented, and resilient personality
- Driver's license category B, possibly BE
