We have an exciting opportunity for a Analyst, Inventory Control (Fixed term 6 months)
Department overview
The Inventory Control team plays a vital role ensuring that our products are accurately tracked and available to meet customer demand. It’s responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, process audits, inventory reconciliations and analysis.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in the month end financial closure process, ensuring the delivery of reliable Retail inventory accounting bookings
- Monitor Retail transactional systems reliability in cooperation with IT Dept
- Participate in the semi-annual physical inventories process of all European Stores
- Prepare and maintain reports and KPIs both for internal and external use
- Ensure SOX compliance and act as reference point/connector with finance team
- Active participation and support to relevant projects impacting inventory control team to make sure operational and financial requirements are met
- Effectively Communicate (oral and written) with various stakeholders at all levels, to provide, receive information, resolve questions and issues and give visibility to all the involved parties
- Participate in the monthly Reconciliation process
- Collaborate with the Inventory Control Field (in DC) team
- Partner with Loss Prevention and Retail to cascade elevated stock keeping standard throughout the retail organization
You’ll Need to Have
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Finance with Accounting knowledge
- Excellent proficiency with Excel / Power Point
- WMI, RLM, MMS and Qlikview knowledge would be a plus
- Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA would be a plus
- Knowledge of the English Language (verbal and written),any additional language is a plus
- Recent experience within Inventory Control or Finance Department is preferred
