Your responsibilities

• As a link between Operations and IT you support our customers in implementing a state of the art warehouse management system with SAP EWM, as well as integrating it with the existing ERP system (e.g. S4 or R3).
• Throughout the entire project cycle, you are responsible for the smooth running and take care of all steps - from the idea, to the concept, to the implementation in SAP EWM.
• You skillfully lead process discussions, propose solutions, write specifications, coordinate with development and take care of testing and documentation.
• In the implemented systems, you are responsible for carrying out EWM error analyses and ensuring the rapid elimination of any bugs that occur. It goes without saying that you support the users in word and deed in all questions and train them as a coach in the successful and safe use of the system.

What we are looking forward to

• Completed studies in industrial engineering or information technology, business administration, material flow and logistics or computer science
• Several years of professional experience preferably in IT or transformation projects
• Experience in the application and customizing of SAP EWM (embedded and/or decentralized)
• Fluent English as well as at least one of the Swiss national languages German, French or Italian
