Project Manager for Nationwide Customers and Internal Knowledge Management HVAC (80 - 100%)

Active acquisition and winning of new customers throughout Switzerland as well as building sustainable customer relationships
Support and targeted expansion of existing major customers in cooperation with our group companies
Leadership and further development of specialist groups in the HVAC sector
Nationwide market development and creation of new business opportunities
Preparation and coordination of offers up to awarding
Independent management and implementation of projects
Creation of technical concepts and smaller plans
Maintenance and expansion of a network with associations, institutions and market partners
Participation in specialist events as well as active knowledge transfer within the group
Involvement in knowledge management

Completed master craftsman examination (HVAC) or comparable further training (e.g. project manager)
Experience in active customer acquisition and building new business relationships
Strong entrepreneurial thinking and independent action
High degree of independence and initiative
Leadership skills for specialist groups or willingness to take them over
Structured, practical and precise way of working
Confident handling of IT and software applications
Team player with high social competence and convincing appearance
