If you are a Junior BI Project ManagerJack-of-all-trade, the rare pearl, who wants to have fun in your job, your mission, should you accept it, will be the following:

Profile

• Incident management, business support, troubleshooting and production issues (SPOC) 
• Monitoring of data loads 
• Coordination of incidents between department teams 
• Management of technical documentation 
• Responsible for the monitoring and alerting tools 
• Assisting in various development projects 
• Develop a partnership between development and other IT departments 
• Ensuring high availability of the BI applications 
• Informing the client about the maintenance of the applications 

Professional requirements

• Master/Bachelor Degree in information technology, business school or Intermediate Degree (Swiss: ES) 
• Analytical and problem solving skills 
• Communication skills in an international environment 
• Service and customer orientation, team worker, self-motivated, and open-mindedness 
• Knowledge in SQL (Microsoft SQL Server), SSIS (Integration Services)
• Interested in Business Intelligence (SAP BI (BW, Webi, Analysis for Office, SAC), Power BI) 
• Knowledge in SAP Authorizations management, SAP HANA and ABAP is an asset 
• Knowledge in Azure, GCP is an asset .

Languages

Now, in order to blend in, socially and professionally, we certainly recommend the following languages:

• Fluent in English
• Good Knowledge in French or German
• Any other languages are welcome - we have 29 so far in the company, if you wish to add the 30^th, you pretty much know what to do.
