The Chrüzacher leisure facility is a popular sociocultural institution that organises courses and activities for children, families, and adults. In addition to course rooms, the facility includes a large playground and houses various animals, whose care involves children and young people. The facility also includes the Chrüzi Café, which is run with the help of volunteers.

From 1 August 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a

• Playground animation involving animals/children/visitors
• Implementation of offers and events related to children, families, school classes, and animals
• Guidance, care, and accompaniment of children in the animal area
• Collaboration in the animal area including stable duties
• Supervision of persons within the framework of charitable work assignments and voluntary staff
• Cleaning tasks
• Administrative tasks

• Training and/or experience in sociocultural animation or related fields
• Training as an animal keeper EFZ or several years of experience in animal care, riding certificate or several years of practical experience with horses/donkeys
• Experience in guiding children and adults
• Communicative, open, and committed personality
• Working hours (school holidays, weekend and evening shifts as well as at least one Sunday shift per month, availability on Monday and Tuesday afternoons as well as Wednesday mornings)
• Physical resilience.
• Good PC user skills and confident handling of social media
• Organisational skills
