Marketing Coordinator

As Marketing Assistant, you will mainly support the international roll-out of our marketing campaigns and also support content creation.

TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES

Translations

• Prepare inDesign documents for the translation process
• Manage translations of print documents via the online tool “Redokun”
• Manage video translations via different tools
• Be in contact and follow-up with international marketeers to finalize translations
• Be the first point of contact for our affiliates for all questions related to translations

Video content creation

• Support the video content creation (organization, preparation, filming, follow-up)
• Be in contact with external agencies/freelancers

Campaign management

• Support the roll-out of the created marketing assets

Newsletters

• Create internal newsletters and communications

 PROFILE

• 1 years of experience required within a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of Social Media, Online tools and Design Software programs
• Advanced competence in MS Office suite
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Efficient and well-organized working skills
• Solid multitask skills with a strong ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment
• Exquisite communication and people skills
• Flexible and reliable
• Proficient French and English (written and spoken), German is a strong plus
