Sales Perfume – Switzerland Manager
Reporting to the Wholesale & Retail Manager Perfume for Switzerland, you are responsible for developing Bulgari Perfumes activities within Swiss markets in a sustainable way.
You manage, lead, and develop Commercial and Marketing strategies as well as the brand image in the area.
As a sales Perfume Manager, you follow the Bulgari’s general instructions in the implementation of sales strategy, promotional mix,stock control and merchandising. You negotiate marketing activities (extra visibility through promotions, counters, windows etc.) and product placements. You perform presentations in the area/market of reference and analyse the success of plans (sales, market developments, competitors). If needed, you propose action plan.
You are responsible for achieving the annual sales targets (sell-in and sell-out) by focusing on assortment, inventory levels, product positioning and product knowledge. You also make regular reports to the Manager.
In this role, you participate to different cross-functional projects, and you work closely with Retail and Training Associate Manager Perfume of the area.
Thanks to your excellent capacities of communication and to your good interpersonal skills, you build a strong relationship with your different partners.
Finally, you are going to manage 5 Customer Advisors on the field and supervise their activities and their needs.
You have a University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent education and at least 3 years’ experience in sales activities ideally in the perfume industry. You have also some knowledge of direct or indirect sales in a perfume environment.
Passionate about different cultures, you are flexible, mobile, and open for 100% business travel within Switzerland.
You have excellent command of IT reporting tools, Excel and are fluent in French, Italian and (Swiss-)German and English.
You have a strong expertise in business vision and execution and confirmed skills in negotiation. Driven by results, you are able to lead various activities such as sales, training, merchandising and visibility of the brand.
Known as a dynamic person with a positive mind-set, you are proactive and have a solution-driven attitude.
Excellent listener and communicator, you have strong interpersonal skills that allow you to build and maintain strong and trustful relationship at all levels of the organization.
Finally, you act as an Ambassador for the Company by being an inspirational model to area and others.
