Description
Ensure technologically up-to-date and operationally secure ICT operations that meet the requirements of a company's requirements
Responsible for the company's ICT security, both strategically and conceptually, adapted to ongoing requirements, including analysis and improvement of the reliability of critical systems.
In cooperation with the staff team, the company is responsible for the development of the ICT security policy.
In cooperation with the staff team, define the company's digital priorities
Represent the ICT area in internal and external committees and projects
Plan, manage and implement the diverse portfolio of ICT projects
Create and be responsible for the investment and cost budget
Commission, manage and monitor external partners
Provide professional application support and general support as required
Allocate, manage and empower the necessary resources, engaging the appropriate ICT/digital talent for the organization.
Oversee the acquisition of new ICT tools and technologies
Profile
Strong leadership and relationship management skills
Strong business analysis and logical thinking skills
Strong negotiation skills with major international digital, e-commerce and IT players.
Proven experience of leading large business and IT projects, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, setting deadlines, holding people to account and delivering projects on time and on budget.
Extensive experience of managing public cloud projects and programs (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform)
Good understanding of public cloud technologies
Experience of Agile project management
English, French or German a plus
