About this position
For an ultra-high net worth (UHNW) family in Geneva, Switzerland we are seeking to expand out team with an experienced PA/Lifestyle Manager to perform a high-level private assistance, project coordination and lifestyle management tasks. The ideal candidate will have a track-record of working for UHNW individuals, proven experience of support at top management level and confidence in handling a vast array of competing demands in a high-pressure, energetic environment. Solid knowledge of hospitality as well as proficiency level of English and French languages, and a commitment to proactively plan and manage designated projects with excellence are a must.

- Extensive private PA experience supporting a high profile or UHNW individual;
- Excellent multitasking and project management skills;
- Higher education;
- Excellent command of English and French;
- PC proficiency (Microsoft Office and Internet);
- Accuracy and reliability, attention to detail;
- Tact and diplomacy;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Flexibility and commitment;
- Trustworthiness and discretion;
- Responsiveness, ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
- Ability to think outside the box;
- Certificate of no criminal records;
- Swiss work permit.
Responsibilities
- Extensive diary management;
- Luxury travel arrangements;
- Restaurant reservations;
- Personal luxury shopping; maintaining good working relationship with suppliers of luxury goods and services;
- Events organization (small and large scale);
- Concierge services;
- Research:
o lifestyle: shops, hotels, restaurants, travel destinations, luxury good, etc.;
o medical: best clinics in EU/USA/UK/world, SPA treatments, retreats, medical equipment, medicines and etc.;
o personal projects: HNWI real estate, private jets, cars, yachts and etc.;
- Organise family’s medical appointments, liaise with doctors, accompany the family if and when needed, update insurances, ensure the medical database is updated;
- Assist with and oversee local school & kindergarten enrolments, as well as regular payments;
- Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, itineraries, comparison tables;
- Mediate between the principals and the wider team i.e household staff, contractors etc;
- Maintain amicable and professional working relationship with all parties;
- Ensure all payments to contractors and third parties are made in timely manner;
- Document spending, allocate reported expenditures to the relevant budgets, participate in budget reports;
- Participate in ad hoc projects, as required.
Working arrangements
The general work schedule is five days a week Mon-Fri. Regular travel is not forseen but occasional trips might be required based on business needs.
