Your Field of Activity

• You are responsible for parts of our integrated management system and continuously develop it further
• You advise managers and develop and support the implementation and compliance with internal regulations, standards, laws, and safety issues
• You are responsible for internal and external audits and independently conduct audits
• You actively participate in internal working groups and represent the company in external working groups and commissions
• You create concepts, reports, and presentations and organize internal training sessions as well as awareness campaigns

Your Profile

• You have completed higher education in business administration at HF, FH, or university level or have a comparable qualification
• You bring solid professional experience in integrated management systems and safety topics. Good knowledge of the "Swiss railway landscape" (regulations and laws) is an advantage
• Management and safety topics are enjoyable for you, and you are willing to familiarize yourself with new tasks and subject areas
• You approach your tasks independently, precisely, and responsibly and are characterized by a strong service orientation towards internal and external partners 
• You are a communicative personality with good analytical and conceptual skills and enjoy working across departments
