Technical IT Business Analyst

Job description

your mission will be to propose and implement the latest Microsoft solutions to improve business processes and reporting. In collaboration with a multi-talent IT team, you will implement business change requests in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and develop our virtual workspace in MS teams. You will be a point of contact for our internal customers in our different sites - Corgémont and Leipzig. In this context, you will receive their request, assess their pertinence and translate them into IT language (infrastructure, process, effort, ...). You will then supervise their implementation (testing, documentation, etc..). All the reporting tasks are solved via a mix of tools from databases (MS SQL Reporting Services), PowerBI and are published on websites or MS SharePoint sites.

Profile

Holder of a computer science degree or equivalent expertise, you have a deep knowledge in Microsoft tools (PowerBI, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Power Automate-Apps, Teams). With a successful experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and familiar with business projects management, you are proficient in Visual Studio. Service and customer oriented, open minded and great team player, you demonstrate strong analytical skills and ability to fix priorities. Stress resistant, you are flexible and available to travel to Leipzig / Liberec.
