Credit Transaction Support Officer ( 6 mois de contrat)

As the successful candidate, you will provide support for Banque Pictet & Cie SA's (BPSA) Credit business both from an operational and a credit risk monitoring perspective. You will report to the Team Lead of BPSA's Credit Transaction Support in Geneva.
In this role, you will be responsible:
- performing data quality checks on credit limits and guarantee workflows initiated by relationship managers (RMs) and/or client relationship officers (CROs)/client support officers (CSOs).
- returning workflows as required for additional and/or corrected information. Once the data quality criteria have been met, you will confirm the Simple vs Complex nature of the request.
- carrying out a full review and analysis of Simple Requests to ensure they meet Pictet's Credit Policy, submitting requests for approval and following up on approvals to ensure timely completion of the request.
- booking of credit transaction for all requests in Avaloq (limits, FTLs and guarantees) if they do not come via the workflow, and liaising with all parties concerned where necessary.
- tracking approval by the relevant authority to ensure timely completion of the request.
- ensuring proper records are kept of credit decisions / LTV exceptions in the tracking record and in clients' accounts.
- preparing credit documentation and ensuring proper credit documentation is in place prior to availment and in accordance with credit decisions.
- following up on credit approval conditions (missing credit documentation, additional information, etc.).
- performing, where necessary, offline monitoring of credit structures and collateral requirements ("special monitoring" situations that cannot be handled automatically).
- helping the Group Risk Credit Controls team to resolve credit breaches and ensuring RMs/CROs/CSOs implement timely and appropriate action plans to resolve any breaches, as well as following up on their resolution, escalating issues as appropriate.
- handling requests for reports, as appropriate, using tools including Business Objects, Tableau, etc.
- Contributing to credit-related projects, as necessary, depending on the subject matter expertise, business requirements, user acceptance tests, etc.
- At least 3 to 5 years' experience in credit control/monitoring functions, preferably in a private banking environment.
- Sound knowledge of credit products and related risks.
- Good understanding of banking operational processes and related risks.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently, flexible and adaptable.
- Quick learner, disciplined, good sense of priorities.
- Good teamwork skills, good written and spoken communication skills.
