To strengthen our team, we are looking for a passionate pastry department manager.
Your mission:
- Bring artisanal excellence to life every day
- Supervise and plan pastry production
- Lead, motivate, and support your team of 10 employees
- Ensure quality, creativity, and compliance with standards
Hours: from 1 a.m.
Your profile:
- Pastry-confectioner CFC or equivalent training recognized in Switzerland
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production and team management
- Natural leadership, attention to detail, and passion for the profession
- Desire to pass on your know-how and help your team grow
