ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Community Health and Care Assistant at Les Tilleuls:
- Performs their role autonomously and responsibly, within the limits of the activities delegated by the nursing staff and according to clearly established procedures, and records their activities and observations in the DIR (Computerized Care File).
- Provides care adapted to the needs of the Residents within the limits of their professional competencies, taking into account their habits, following the existing care plan, and evaluating the results of their services.
- Keeps their knowledge up to date.
- Is a member of the multidisciplinary team that provides care, support, supervision, activities, and hospitality services.
- Performs medical-technical acts by delegation.
- Performs daily living activities.
- Ensures coordination and communication tasks.
Profile sought
We are looking for autonomous, responsible, and empathetic individuals with a strong sense of service and communication.
Strong interest in cognitive disorders
An ASSC diploma or equivalent
At least 3 years of proven experience in geriatrics
Proficiency with computer tools, particularly the DIR (an asset)
Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
