Position:
A broad, non-discretionary active advisory role for a commercially-minded, specialist to join a busy, small team within this small private bank. Working closely with the private bankers, credit, risk and compliance as well as with the DPM team. Reporting to the Head of Investment Advisory, you will be joining a very successful bank for the Swiss, domestic market who have been working with UHNW And UHNW clients for many years. The client base consists of primarily Swiss domestic (of which there are a lot of international Geneva and Suisse-Romande resident clients), as well as some International (European clients, UK etc).
Perhaps you are looking for more responsibility within a smaller structure and are happy to help develop business via your local Swiss client network, whilst managing primarily non-discretionary advisory clients? If you're passionate about your clients and motivated by challenges and keen to be part of a small close-knit structure, in a fast-paced environment, this could be just the job!
Your role will include, but not limited to:

Your role will include, but not limited to:
- Ensure proactive client interaction for advisory and discretionary mandates
- Prepare and distribute investment proposals, portfolio and performance reviews taking into account regulatory and tax aspects
- Ensure proactive client interaction for advisory and discretionary mandates
- Support Wealth Advisors in business development (pitches), offering them all the benefits of delegated management and advice
- Participate significantly in the commercial effort of the team with an acquisition and development of clients
- 5 years++ of proven experience as a specialist Investment Advisor/Consultant from within Swiss private banking or Swiss independent financial asset managers, family office etc
- Higher education: HEC or equivalent and/or specialized financial training (CFA, AZEK) preferred
- Used to managing a portfolio of private clients (HNWI/UHNWI) on the Advisory offering and being able to present, convince, persuade and come with investment ideas
- Experience with Swiss, domestic private banking clients (local + international) as well as Europe
- Passionate about financial markets and service excellence
- An entrepreneurial, commercial and dynamic mindset
- At ease in a small to medium-sized structure
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent French and fluent English
- Swiss resident
