In March 2021, Eaton announced the acquisition of Green Motion SA, expanding electric vehicle capabilities. Based in Switzerland, Green Motion SA is a renowned and rapidly growing international company that has been pioneering the design and production of charging systems for electric vehicles since 2009. It manufactures charging stations, designs management software for charging networks, operates charging stations and serves as an electric mobility service provider. Green Motion creates breakthrough technologies, including charging stations for electric planes and onboard chargers for the automobile industry. Green Motion SA operates its own network of charging stations under the "evpass" brand. evpass has become Switzerland's most extensive network as well as the leading EV charging hub in Europe. The charging stations produced by Green Motion SA are entirely designed and engineered in Switzerland. Job Summary The Administrative Assistant acts as the 'face' of our company and ensures that visitors receive a warm welcome. You will be in charge of ensuring that the office is always a welcoming place for all visitors Job Responsibilities Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, and redirecting them appropriately Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls Assisting the customers and answering all questions regarding our evpass network Processing, sorting and routing incoming and outgoing mail Performing other administrative support tasks Managing an apprentice (MPC) Qualifications Education as Commercial Assistant or equivalent First proven experience as customer support, office management, receptionist or similar role Solid knowledge of Microsoft office suite Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Customer service attitude with excellent organizational skills Strong interest in electric mobility Fluent in French and English, German will be an asset #LI-EV1 What you will get from us Eaton's mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
