Your main tasks:
- Operation and monitoring of building technical systems as well as the building management system
- Supervision of the fire alarm system in cooperation with the tenant during presence
- Quality control of internal and external services
- Execution of minor repair and maintenance work, as well as gardening including snow removal in winter
- Scheduling and accompanying third parties (suppliers, craftsmen as well as maintenance and repair work)
- Various administrative tasks (meetings, written reporting, etc.)
Your profile:
- Completed basic vocational training EFZ in a manual or technical field (e.g. facility management specialist, building cleaner, etc.) or at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar area
- High technical affinity and solid knowledge in maintenance and inspection work
- Good MS Office skills
- Very good German skills (native level)
- Service-oriented and independent, committed and reliable work
- Friendly and well-groomed appearance
