Are you an upbeat person and eager to experience a unique team spirit and progress?Responsibilities:
  • You take full responsibility for the leadership and organization of the branch in close cooperation with the district and/or regional sales management
  • You are responsible for the appearance and performance of your branch and implement necessary actions
  • You promote successful sales activities among your employees and support, encourage, and train them professionally
  • You create and control staff deployment and vacation planning
  • You ensure merchandise presentation according to guidelines as well as the successful implementation of current advertising measures
  • You participate in the operational daily business and ensure competent, comprehensive, and friendly advice
Our requirements:
  • You have completed basic training in retail or similar industries
  • You bring several years of leadership experience and are a motivating role model
  • You are willing to perform above average to achieve goals together
  • You have an affinity for dealing with operational and business key figures
  • You possess the ability to self-reflect, implement feedback, and are open to change
  • You are an open and communicative personality who convinces through loyalty and respectful interaction
