For our Geneva office we are currently looking for a:
Receptionist
Expected entry date: 1 December 2025
Activity rate: 80% (Monday to Friday, 12:00 – 19:00)
Working hours are subject to possible variations depending on replacement requirements.
In this role, and as a member of our reception team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional front-of-house services, ensuring that every client or visitor receives a professional, warm and efficient experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the reception desk and waiting areas;
- Handling incoming calls;
- Coordinating clients and visitors arrivals as well as hospitality services, including refreshments, catering requests and support for events;
- Maintaining a welcoming and well-organized reception area;
- Overseeing meeting rooms bookings, anticipating needs and providing timely assistance;
- Providing diverse corporate services to our staff members (taxi booking, e-bike loan, parking spaces management etc.);
- Support mail handling, courier coordination, and basic administrative tasks as required.
We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Commercial CFC or equivalent diploma, in particular from a hotel management school;
- A first successful experience in reception in a demanding environment and/or in banquet organization;
- French mother tongue (or at least C1 level) with a good level of written and spoken English (B2 minimum);
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment and comfortable with new technologies (in particular video-conferencing).
And demonstrate the following skills:

- You are organized, precise and committed to high-quality work;
- You know how to identify and manage priorities and are able to work independently;
- You enjoy teamwork and work well with others.
