Many threads come together in building construction. You ensure that the municipally owned buildings function reliably and remain in good condition in the long term. You are part of a team that takes on planning, technical, and advisory tasks.

- represent the municipality as the client and manage the municipally owned projects as construction management.
- accompany and monitor the implementation of building services and building renovations.
- carefully conduct the tendering and awarding process for the buildings.
- prepare documents for political decision-making.
- take budget responsibility and manage the costs of your projects reliably.
You bring these skills. You…
- have training as a building planner in building construction HF or architect FH.
- are an experienced professional and ideally bring experience in public administration.
- have solid knowledge in project management, planning procedures, and procurement.
- think in networks and can develop viable concepts and solutions.
- are interested in political processes and enjoy working in a team.
