We are looking for a compliance officer who will work together with the compliance manager on KYC/AML topics as well as regulatory subjects.

Description

• Assist the Compliance Manager with the implementation of AML and compliance procedures within the Company.
• Carry out KYC screening and reviews.
• Assist with the monitoring of transactions.
• Maintain and update the AML register and client AML files.
• Assist with AML and regulatory audit preparation.
• Maintain and update the internal training register.
• Respond to KYC and compliance requests from third paties.
• Assist with the implementation of regulatory requirements in accordance with LEfin.
• Assist with CRS and FATCA reporting obligations.
• Assist with foreign UBO and Trust registration requirements.

Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in compliance, ideally within a trust company
• Good knowledge of the trust business
• Fluent English
