Senior DevOps Expert

In this role

Your role in the CI/CD DevOps team is to promote best practices & provide expertise to all development projects across ELCA.

Your main activity consists of coaching development teams on their practices, defining together adequate processes and strategies (Git workflow, Build Pipeline, Deployment processes, Monitoring, Automated tests strategy …) to drive them for best productivity and high-quality deliverables.

• You graduated from a polytechnic school, university or high-school and have already worked within development teams for at least 10 years and had a key role in delivering for 5 years(lead developer, Integration lead, … )
• You can switch between hands-on work (e.g.: pipeline as code, deployment configuration), conceptual design (e.g.: write offer, giving courses) or change management (e.g.: follow-up and drive migration)
• You are looking to extend your skills and be confronted to a large variety of new technologies
• Your areas of expertise cover fully or partially following topics: Cloud container platforms (Azure, GitHub or AWS), CI/CD Tools (Git, GitHub, Pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins), Coaching and spread best practices (Automation, Configuration/Infrastructure as code), Change Management (Define strategies, Cloud adoption, … )

About your profile
