Finance Manager Project Office
The Finance Manager - Project Office is responsible for managing projects and initiatives to enhance effective end-to-end Finance process. He/she manages the project roadmap and timeline and project status reporting. He/She also coordinate with the IT teams to ensure all the technical functionalities or issues are properly addressed to support the delivery of the Finance project. The Finance manager- Project Office ensures the resolution of all the escalations and issues assignment on a timely manner.
The Finance Manager - project office is responsible for producing the reporting and status document of projects under his responsibility as well as coordinating and communicating with all stakeholders (internal & external).

The production site of Mex, near Lausanne in Switzerland, is also the headquarters of the Bobst Group. It is the most important site, employing approx. 1500 passionate people.
It also trains each year roughly 200 apprentices. The site offers an idyllic work environment. In the countryside and close to major highways, it is also well served by public transport. It offers many amenities, such as a corporate restaurant, sports fields, a fitness and a nursery. The facilities have been recently renovated and represent a model for sustainable development.
The Finance Manager - project office is responsible for producing the reporting and status document of projects under his responsibility as well as coordinating and communicating with all stakeholders (internal & external).
Your main accountabilities:
- Define and manage the projects timeline and roadmap
- Define the functional requirements in line with the business requirements
- Define the test plan and UAT requirements and test scenarios
- Coordinate and manage the technical requirements and its delivery (EPIC) with the IT teams
- Produce projects status document and templates
- Knowledge of the Agile methodology to act as product owner
- Define the global to be process in line with the group policies and Business Process Blue Prints
- Identify, manage and deliver project and process improvement initiatives as directed
- Coordinate with the team and the management all the aspects and steps of the initiatives/projects delivery
Knowledge, Skills & Core Competencies:
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to multi-task, to stand up to pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to use sound judgement, discretion and professional integrity
- Good communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external customers at all levels
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; other languages are beneficial
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS office
- Good knowledge of ERP's (SAP preferred) and other finance systems, including P2P process

- University Degree or equivalent
- Professional project management certification is an advantage
- 5 years experience in projects management
- 4-6 years work experience in an environment preferably within a medium to large international company with a matrix business structure
- Experience in managing medium size projects
- Understanding of budgetary process and responsibility
- Experience of preparing and delivering presentations to middle management
- Experience with shared Service center
