Your responsibilities
- Establish relationships with customers, be able to meet their demands during sales conversations
- Analyze customer needs and offer them solutions
- Present trends and products, organize events and promotions for customers while creating a pleasant shopping experience
- Handle and process repairs, returns, complaints
- Be able to recognize retail developments and trends and implement them daily
- Be capable of managing the merchandise management processes provided by our IT systems
- Communicate through various channels
- Work within multiple teams
Your profile
- You have a quality approach to people even if you do not know them. You know how to convince people with your positive and winning attitude
- You will be able to convey your innate sense for trends to others
- You have completed secondary education 1 (school with high requirements) with good grades
- You can express yourself in a foreign language
- You have taken the Multicheck designed for retail professionals and obtained an overall result of "sufficient"
- You are ready to work on Saturdays and evenings
