For our location in Rümlang, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed, strong leadership and customer-oriented personality to lead our internal sales team.
In this central role, you are responsible for the operational and strategic tasks in Inside Sales, ensure efficient processes and contribute significantly to customer satisfaction with your hands-on mentality. You lead a motivated team, promote collaboration and development, and bring both technical understanding and organisational skills. Your tasks
- Leadership, development and coaching of the internal sales team
- Ensuring efficient and customer-oriented processes in Inside Sales
- Active participation in daily operational business
- Responsibility for quotations, order entry and processing
- Close cooperation with field sales, logistics and other internal interfaces
- Monitoring KPIs as well as continuous optimisation of processes and service quality
- Participation in projects to further develop customer service and internal processes
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in internal sales / inside sales, ideally in a technical environment
- Technical understanding and affinity for technical products are an advantage
- Initial leadership experience or clear willingness to take on a leadership role
- Strong customer orientation, communication skills and organisational talent
- High quality awareness and enjoyment in optimising processes
- Very good German skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of teamwork
