Quality & Lean Engineer
Your mission:
Establish and implement an effective quality assurance process from supplier to the customer (E2E) for the Bobst Seon site (Zentrum Seetal, Seetalstrasse 2, 5703 Seon)
Lead the Lean initiatives on site
Assess/measure team workload and capacity and install a culture of continuous improvement, driving quality and cost improvement. Implement and follow related business KPI's
Your responsibilities:
1. Supplier quality
Quality assurance of purchased and outsourced parts, with a focus on supplier improvement and non-conformance management.
Improve supplier maturity to reduce Seon internal entry controls.
Ensure periodic evaluation of supplier quality performance.
2. Internal quality
Establish / improve a quality assurance system for internal assembly processes, and products.
Work on improving process capability to achieve "First Time Quality".
Establishment of quality standards.
Final quality and customer protection ensured through final quality control and audit of Finished Goods before shipment.
Use the service RMA's reports to take corrective actions in the assembly phase.
Cost of non-quality Track and manage non-quality costs

Work together with Purchasing team, to the development of suppliers.

The production site of Mex, near Lausanne in Switzerland, is also the headquarters of the Bobst Group. It is the most important site, employing approx. 1500 passionate people.

You bring:
- Bachelor of engineering or equivalent experience in the field
- Specialization : Quality and industrial processes
- Work experience : 5 to 10 years in the Field
- Computing skills : MS Office
- Languages : English and French mandatory. German is a plus
- Eager to learn, Humble, Team player, strong communicator and Change Management experience
