A Geneva-based financial institution is seeking a Data Analyst / Finance and Operation Reporting to strengthen its Finance and Operation team with a hands-on, analytical, and strategic profile. This role combines operational ownership with high-level support to the Chief Accountant.

Manage and structure financial and operational data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and readiness for reporting

Design, build, and automate dashboards and reports to support Finance, Accounting, and Operations using tools like Power BI, Excel, and SQL

Provide actionable insights through data analysis to support business performance, cost control, and monthly/quarterly closings

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data flows, improve governance, and support regulatory, tax, and audit reporting

Act as a key support to the Chief Accountant, contributing to financial initiatives, mentoring junior staff, and stepping in when needed
Profile
Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

2+ years of experience in Data Analysis in finance/accounting, ideally in banking

Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel; database tools a plus (Oracle for example)

Fluent in English and Mandarin MANDATORY! (French is a plus)

Reliable, discreet, and comfortable working under pressure
