Building Technician: Electrical (a) 100%- Operating, monitoring and maintaining building technology systems and control systems
- Conducting and documenting inspection rounds, fault analyses and fault rectifications
- Coordinating and carrying out inspections, maintenance and repairs as well as customer orders and optimisations
- Assisting with conversions and modernisations
- Accompanying and instructing third-party companies
- Providing on-call service
- Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in operating, maintaining and repairing building technology systems
- Connection authorisation (NIV15) or willingness and prerequisites to obtain it promptly
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form and good PC skills
- Independent and reliable working style
- Teamwork skills and high customer orientation
- Impeccable character (criminal record and debt collection register extract)
