For the Radiation Protection and Safety Department, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Administration of regulatory correspondence including maintaining a database and preparing the associated meetings
- Monitoring and controlling the budget and third-party funds, independently preparing interim and final accounts for third-party funded projects
- Management of the department's contract management including support for the preparation of offers for the department's services
- Support with tasks within the framework of the accredited quality management and deputizing for the QM officer
- Involvement in scientific and administrative projects delegated by the department management (e.g., project management for the renewal of the database for regulatory correspondence, assistance with editing the department's annual report, collaboration and maintenance of the inter- and intranet presence, minute-taking at steering committees and research collaborations)
Your profile
- Completed university degree in a scientific field
- Independent, precise, and reliable working style, especially evident in managing finances and handling regulatory correspondence
- Interest in radiation protection and safety issues and enjoyment of working on projects in a team
- Very good German and English skills
- PC user skills (MS Office and databases)
