- In this position, you work on behalf of SPS directly at one of our customers on site, centrally located in Zurich
- You welcome customers and take care of the correct registration
- You answer incoming phone calls professionally
- You perform various administrative tasks, including handling the team mailbox, meeting room reservations, creation of visitor and temporary access passes, etc.
- You support the team during company events and functions
Your Profile
- You have a customer-oriented vocational training
- Preferably, you have already gained several years of professional experience at a reception or in a similar area
- High service and customer orientation combined with a neat and friendly appearance are a matter of course for you
- You are accustomed to dealing with safety regulations
- You work independently, responsibly, and reliably and maintain the necessary calm and overview even in challenging situations
- You are proficient in common computer programs, especially the MS Office suite with a focus on Outlook, Excel, and Word
- You speak and write very well in German and have good oral English skills; any additional language is a plus
- You can work flexibly between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday and can also take on variable daily shifts from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. & 1:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
