Opportunity
We are looking for a new add to our Investor Services Team to look after Digital Marketing Communications. We are looking for a team player who is creative, innovative, has strong attention to details, can multi-task and is able to excel with limited supervision with a key objective of improving our digital presence and boost brand awareness.
S/he will look after the company’s digital presence of RAM. S/he will assist with website maintenance, graphic design, content creation for videos, social media, emails and other channels to reach existing and prospective clients and related stakeholders. S/he will be responsible to monitor and measure the digital strategy effectiveness, to generate reports and provide insights on results and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Main responsibilities
- Create, curate and manage content, design, promotion online initiatives (website, newsletter, blogs, advertising, videos, infographics)
- Update/edit marketing contents, marketing presentations, graphics, reports
- Ensure fund visibility updating Fund Platform, Databases
- Write compelling content
- Execute a communications strategy to increase sales by educating and engaging existing and prospective clients
- Manage workflow and timelines
- Optimize digital content to ensure both search engine visibility and favourable user experiences
- Champion the organization’s brand standards, messaging and tone of voice
- Measure, analyse, report and monitor KPIs as they relate to business development, conversion retention, SEO/SEM, industry trends and best practices
Preferred Experience
- 2-5 years of experience of digital marketing
Skills requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
- Creative thinker and designer
- English and French required, Italian is a plus
- Knowledge of the web, technology, social platforms, digital advertising platforms
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel)
- Proficiency in the following technologies is essential to the role: Adobe Creative Suite and HTML editing software. Must demonstrate competency with graphic design and ability to maintain RAM AI branding and style guidelines
- Experience in creative content development and working with vendors and cross-functional teams
- Ability to create infographics, animation and other visual marketing and communication assets
- Self-motivated to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
- Ability to take direction and work to meet expected deadlines and schedules
