Job Description

• Manage the administrative part of patient admissions
• Process admission requests using the information systems in place
• Manage requests for coverage guarantees with insurance companies
• Answer and handle external and internal phone calls
• Assume the tasks assigned to you.
• Maintain and develop your skills.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the processes in which you are involved.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French (English and/or other languages an asset)
• Federal diploma of vocational education and training (CFC) as a commercial employee or equivalent training
• Excellent presentation
• Ease in oral and written expression
• Sense of responsibility, organization, and communication
• Quick and methodical
• Versatility, organization, and autonomy
• Excellent team spirit
• Dynamic and flexible personality
