We are looking for a motivated, interested Junior Head Chef, sole cook for a trendy restaurant in the Bern surroundings starting immediately.
You have completed training as a cook with 2-4 years of professional experience in good traditional, creative seasonal fresh cuisine, have some experience as a sous chef, and want to take the step to head chef and take responsibility for the kitchen,
In hectic times, you keep an overview and your professionalism. Besides your creativity and enthusiasm for the cooking profession, you enjoy working with regional products and have quality-oriented actions and thinking.
You are a team player and work hand in hand with the kitchen team.
