Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO of a Family Office/ international entrepreneur and philanthropist
Location: Geneva, Switzerland.
Qualifications: Business or administrative background. Previous experience in business or as an executive/personal assistant is required. Experience in a family office is a plus. The candidate must be efficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Language: Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
Required: Swiss citizenship or residency entitling the applicant to work in Switzerland.

Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Chief of Staff and the two other personal assistants to manage the agenda of the CEO.
- Planning external events for the company and the CEO and handling all related logistics.
- Organizing complex business travels for the CEO and the executive team.
- Connecting with all the stakeholders from the CEO’s ecosystem internationally and creating a strong work relationship.
- Collaborating with all the team members (from business, finance, foundation, and accounting/admin) to schedule meetings for the CEO.
- Coordinating the preparation of documents for the CEO’s meetings.
- Handling weekly internal events and optimizing the work environment.
