Das sind Ihre Hauptaufgaben

• Implementierung neuer IT-Infrastrukturdienste, einschließlich Systemstandard-Dokumentation
• Support und Fehlerbehebung verschiedener IT-Infrastrukturkomponenten und -dienste
• Wartungs- und Installationsprozesse von IT-Diensten (SFTP-Server, VPN, IoT-Geräte, Verwaltung von Linux OS-Servern)
• Überwachen unserer IT-Plattformen und Erkennen von Vorfällen und Verbesserungen
• Tägliche Nutzung von Datenbanken (MySQL)
• Technischer Support
• Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst.

Das ist Ihr Profil

• Informatik/-in EFZ oder gleichwertige Ausbildung/Berufserfahrung
• Organisierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, sowohl selbstständig als auch im Team
• Englisch und Deutsch sind erforderlich, Französisch ist von Vorteil.
• Verständnis und Erfahrung mit GNU/Linux-Systemen, Netzwerkadministration (auf Debian basierend) und Netzwerktechnologien (z. B. VPN, VLANs)
• Praktische Erfahrung mit Überwachungs-, Diagnose- und Analysetools wie Nagios basierte Lösungen (checkmk, centreon)

• Mise en œuvre de nouveaux services d'infrastructure informatique, y compris la documentation du système standard
• Support et dépannage de divers composants et services de l'infrastructure informatique
• Processus de maintenance et d'installation des services informatiques (serveurs SFTP, VPN, IoT devices, administration du serveur Linux OS)
• Surveiller nos plateformes informatiques et détecter les incidents et les améliorations
• Utilisation quotidienne des bases de données (MySQL)

Votre profil

• Informaticien/ne CFC ou formation/expérience de travail équivalent
• Méthode de travail organisée et structurée, tant en autonomie qu'en équipe
• Les langues anglaise et allemande sont requises, le français est un atout
• Compréhension et expérience des systèmes GNU/Linux, de l'administration réseau (basée sur Debian) et des technologies de réseau (VPN, VLAN)
• Expérience pratique avec des outils de surveillance, de diagnostic et d'analyse (p.e. checkmk, centreon)

Your tasks

• Implementation of new IT infrastructure services, including standard system documentation
• Support and troubleshooting of various IT components and services
• Maintenance and installation processes from IT services (SFTP servers, VPN, IoT devices, Linux OS Server’s administration)
• Monitor our IT platforms and detect incidents & improvements
• Daily use of databases (MySQL)
• Technical support
• Participation in the on-call service

Your profile

• Computer scientist or equivalent education/work experience
• Organized and structured work method, both independently and in a team
• English and German languages are required, French is an asset
• Proven understanding and experience with GNU/Linux systems, network administration (Debian based) and networking technologies (ie. VPN, VLANs)
• Basic experience with monitoring, diagnostic and analysis tools (e.g. checkmk, centreon)
