Your Tasks
- Processing payroll accounting, social security, and withholding tax statements
- Assisting with annual financial statements and statutory declarations

- Checking and plausibility control of time recording
- Advising and supporting employees on HR-relevant topics
- Participating in various HR projects and optimizing HR processes

Your Profile
- Commercial basic education and further training in HR
- Several years of experience in a comparable position
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labor and social security law
- High level of teamwork and social skills
- Independent working style, high quality awareness, stress resistance, and trustworthiness
- Confident German language skills and very good IT knowledge
