Human Resource Business Partner
Position function:

Lausanne RSC (Swiss HQ)
Responsible for the full employee lifecycle, be the first point of contact for all key stakeholders and meet the business' day-to-day tactical demands while building and maintaining credibility via flawless execution, availability, expertise, and resourcefulness
- Act as a liaison to designated managers, employees, vendors and consultants and advise on a diverse range of HR matters including payroll (liaison with PWC), employee relations issues, guidance on policies, flexible working arrangements, amendments to terms and conditions, performance and conduct concerns and other generalist HR issues.
- Update and improve HR policies and procedures for Swiss HQ (personnel administration from on-boarding to off-boarding within internal support, reward, performance management) and interpret and execute all applicable HR policies to ensure employees have a good working knowledge of all corporate policies.
- Provide advice to employees on Swiss immigration and to managers looking to hire, relocate international employees or have short term assignment employees.
- Act as the leader in developing, administering, and communicating key HR projects as moving the HQ to the permanent office, implementing a new HRIS, creation of HR-specific data overviews and statistics, Engagement and Inclusion program, improvement of our Compensations and Benefits plan, etc...
- Increase capacity for consultative support by championing HR self-service tools as appropriate
- Stay abreast of new developments in HR strategies and practices, externally as well as internally
Regional level (WEBU)
- Supports and facilitates organizational change by seeking and developing new ways of working for our merged Business Unit to be most effective across the region.
- Maintains regular contact with employees and managers within assigned business unit(s) to address questions and concerns and to ensure that quality service is provided. Works with Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to resolve complex problems.

Education: Min. Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field, e.g. Bachelor degree in business administration or applicable field with specialization or in-depth knowledge in the field of HR and People’s Management.
Experience required: 10 years of experience in Human Resources, including 5 in a similar position
Professional and technical skills
- Mastering Swiss payroll, Comp&Ben and having string HR employment law.
- Experience working in a matrix organization, effectively collaborating across functional areas and exposure to global offices to ensure that human capital initiatives align as appropriate across the broader organization
- You have designed, introduced, optimized, and lead scalable People and Culture processes and successfully introduced best people practices throughout all organization.
- Strong experience managing complex Employee Relations cases.
- Operational experience in Human Resources providing service to employees and managers in various capacities. Ability to work with employees at all organizational levels.
- Experience working in an extremely dynamic, fast-paced (start-up environment), results-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Oracle and Abacus a plus.
