Your Tasks
As the Digitalization and ICT department, we provide comprehensive IT & project services. Our employees are consultants and ambassadors within the clinic and work closely with the business. The ICT Service Desk is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a central role in first-level support.
For our ICT Service Desk, we are looking for someone who enjoys supporting our users.
Social skills, willingness to learn, and an active contribution to team culture are just as important to us as strong technical skills.
Your tasks:
- Recording and classifying malfunctions and requests as well as, if necessary, preliminary analyses for second or third level support to enable quick processing.
- Handling and resolving minor malfunctions and customer requests via phone, email, or self-service portal.
- Ensuring traceability of malfunction resolution and processing of requests in the service management tool while adhering to the specified SLA.
- Assisting with user administration (e.g., granting access rights).
- Compliance with ICT security policies.
- Correct escalation procedure when necessary.
- Keeping the knowledge database for the service desk up to date.
- Participating in IT projects as needed.
- Contributing to the improvement of service processes.
- Supporting end users with training, assistance in using ICT tools and applications.
- Managing and updating the software inventory including assigning software to customers.
- Assisting with dispatching all incoming malfunctions and requests to the various ICT teams.
Your Profile
- Training as an ICT specialist EFZ or equivalent education
- Independent working style
- Handling requests and prioritizing tasks under time pressure
- High service orientation and ability to respond to user requests in a friendly and patient manner
- Ability to quickly identify and solve technical problems as well as prioritize and self-organize
- Comprehensive knowledge of hardware and software, networks, and operating systems
- Clear and precise communication skills in German, both spoken and written; English is an advantage
