Your Tasks
- You are fully responsible for managing a portfolio consisting mainly of residential properties
- You develop and control the annual budget including forecasts and check and post creditors
- You lead and train your subordinate employees (including setting goals and monitoring goal achievement)
- You support and advise tenants and owners and manage the facility managers
- You are responsible for ensuring, executing, and accompanying maintenance as well as periodic condition assessments including reporting
- You carry out lease contract changes, rent adjustments, and indexed rent adjustments
- You monitor the current rent policy and advise property owners on setting rent levels
Your Profile
- You have a Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence in Property Management or an equivalent further education in the real estate sector
- You bring several years of professional experience in the real estate industry, have experience in tenancy law as well as basic construction knowledge
- Your mother tongue is German and ideally you can communicate orally and in writing in other languages
- You possess high social and self-competence with the ability for self-management
- You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally, and enjoy working with people
- You have an affinity for technology, can apply new technologies, and are open to new things
- You have self-learning competence and enjoy passing on your knowledge to others
