The Product Center Flow is globally responsible for the development and production of a significant part of our product portfolio regarding innovation, engineering, and production. We are looking for a Head of People Attraction & Acquisition to strengthen the HR leadership team of our largest Product Center with a total of 2600 employees. This role reports directly to the Vice President HR and offers the unique opportunity to help shape our HR strategy and create measurable added value in one of our most important business units.
What is this role about?
Are you passionate about leading a dedicated Talent Acquisition team? Would you like to design an employer branding strategy that conveys our culture externally and excites new talents? Do you value close collaboration with HR and business leaders? In this role, you will combine all these tasks and actively drive the talent strategy while strengthening our employer brand.
What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- Lead and strategically further develop the People Attraction & Employer Branding department (Recruiting & Employer Branding experts) and promote and individually develop team members according to their strengths
- Integrate the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategy into the HR strategy
- Contribute to the further development of the HR function as part of the HR leadership team and direct report to the Vice President HR
- Further develop our employer brand, be responsible for sponsorship and HR marketing activities, and implement them in cooperation with internal partners
- Participate in or lead strategically important projects and act as an interface to stakeholders throughout the Endress+Hauser group
- Recruit specialists and executives up to the C-level for our Product Center and especially coordinate filling key positions operationally
- Further advance and expand the recruitment of young talents (Young Professionals), whose processes are currently being established
What do we expect from you?
You:
- Have a relevant degree and have supplemented your education with relevant further training
- Have several years of experience in in-house recruiting, ideally also in employer branding, preferably in an industrial environment
- Bring solid leadership experience and present yourself empathetically and communicatively strong
- Are an open, pragmatic, and solution-oriented personality with high social competence
- Communicate fluently in German and English
