Operation Technology (OT) Information Security Officer

Your Mission

What's your mission?

• The OT Information Security Officer is responsible of the correct application of all modern security measures within industrial and production environment within our Group.
• Leads the Information Security responsible within the production companies, guiding them in all OT and Information Security initiatives in their companies.
• Ensure Information Security as integral part of the OT environment and processes within the Swatch Group companies to increase the maturity in OT security.
• Assist Swatch Group companies to achieve compliance with group directives and rules related to OT-Security.
• Collaboration in the development and enhancement of OT Information Security, compliance requirements and information security risk management, with special attention to ways to secure the industrial environments in our group and production processes.
• Ability to work directly with production departments, understanding and assessing their Information Security risk and mitigating risks during OT projects.
• Conduct information security risk assessments in OT environments, including but not limited to threat modelling, architecture and design reviews, vulnerability assessments and security testing.
• Assessing third-party vendors in their ability to build and deliver secure OT applications and systems.
• Follow, assess, and advise company stakeholders on new and emerging cyber threats.

Wishlist

• In-depth knowledge in the areas of information security, risk management and compliance.
• Good knowledge in the field of computer vulnerabilities, hacking methodologies and techniques, and of the current cyber security frameworks and standards (e.g. ISO, NIST, OWASP, etc.).
• Experienced in conducting technical risk and vulnerability assessments.
• Ability to understand concepts and tools to identify and protect information assets in large organizations.

Professional backpack

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar or related position.
• Bachelor's Degree in information security or related field.
• Profound knowledge of OT information security concepts and architecture and related frameworks and standards (e.g., EN50129, EN50126, IEC 62443).
• Certified as CISM, CISA, CISSP is an advantage.

Languages

• You communicate in English and French. German is a plus.
