- You are jointly responsible for the mise en place, production, and plating of hot and cold dishes according to the menu plan
- You are jointly responsible for the needs-based implementation of diet menus and special diets

- You are jointly responsible for correct inventory management and proper goods receipt control in terms of both quality and quantity
- You actively assist with cleaning tasks in the kitchen and on equipment and ensure compliance with the company hygiene concept (HACCP)
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as a cook EFZ
- Several years of experience in a home or hospital kitchen is an advantage
- You are a flexible and resilient team player and are able to organize yourself well and efficiently even in hectic times
- You bring empathy and commitment to the food preferences of our residents
- You appreciate working in a motivated team
- You are flexible to work longer hours if needed and to work weekends (2 times per month)
